  Leading Air Cadet (LAC)

  • Participate in training for minimum of six months
  • Be recommended by level officer
• 

  Corporal (Cpl)

  • Hold rank of LAC
  • Complete first year of training
  • Be recommended by level officer
• 

  Flight Corporal (FCpl)

  • Complete six months as a Corporal
  • Complete second year of training
  • Participate in the Cadet Fitness Assessment
  • Be recommended by the level officer
• 

  Sergeant (Sgt)

  • Complete six months as a Flight Corporal
  • Complete third year of training
  • Participate in the Cadet Fitness Assessment
  • Be recommended by the level officer
• 

  Flight Sergeant (FSgt)

  • Complete six months as a Sergeant
  • Complete fourth year of training
  • Participate in the Cadet Fitness Assessment
  • Be recommended by the level officer
• 

  Warrant Officer Second Class (WO2)

  • Complete six months as a Flight Sergeant
  • Participate in the Cadet Fitness Assessment
  • Get selected through the merit review board (interview) process
• 

  Warrant Officer First Class (WO1)

  • Complete six months as a Warrant Officer Second Class
  • Must have a vacant WO1 position
  • Get selected through the merit review board (interview) process
